an act of traveling from one place to another.
The word journey can take on different meanings, the way I process most things in life is by seeing it as a journey, many small journeys within one big journey.
Anytime we are transforming, changing, moving, processing, learning, growing, etc... we are on a journey from one "place" to another. The things we do from being in a relationship to working out, are journeys. The emotional states we find ourselves ebbing and flowing from are journeys, of course, our physical travels are journeys. From birth to death (and maybe beyond) we are on endless journeys that together make up our great pilgrimage, our life.
My name is Jenny. My roles are many. This is my journey.
My journey is beautiful and messy, sweet and tragic, at times very lonely while at other times overflowing, can you relate?? My blog posts are my attempt to shine the light of awareness on my journey and share it with you. You will find posts relating to yoga (asana, philosophy, meditation), relationships, parenting, food, health, beauty, travel, spirituality, and much more. I don't claim to be an expert in any of these areas, I just claim to have walked (or ran, or crawled) down paths along these journeys that so many of us are on. This is my pilgrimage; I would love for you to join me!
